Cancellation Policy
If you cancel due to personal reasons or circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged as described below .
No fee will be charged if we determine that the event cannot be held due to inclement weather.

Cancellation Fee

From 4:00 PM the day before until the day of the tour:
100% of the tour or class fee -
6:00 AM the previous day – 4:00 PM the previous day
80% of the tour or course fee -
From 6:00 a.m. two days ago to 6:00 a.m. the previous day
50% of the tour or class fee
*For courses that require course materials, even if you cancel immediately after confirming your registration at
